Cotton Yarn Check：
To ensure the quality of our products, we purchase the cotton yarns from excellent domestic cotton fabric factories, which we constantly inspect for quality of production. Before cotton yarn enters our company, the central laboratory is responsible for checking the quality. If the production passes inspection, it will be placed in storage. This will avoid bad-faced fabric due to bad cotton yarn. We enforce the control of middle-products to ensure the quality of final products. We perform strictly on national standards of China, Europe, America and the JIS. We have yarn strength testers, yarn twist testers, measuring reels, sample yarn winders, etc.

Raw fabric check: First check and re-check
Enforcing the employees' dedication to quality, continuously improving quality management and satisfying the customers, require high standards, so we strictly control the quality of roughcast fabric and mercerizing fabric.

The quality of mercerizing fabric includes inner quality and exterior quality. If inner quality is not up to standard, the roughcast fabric won't be permitted to enter storage. Only when the inner quality is eligible, the roughcast fabric can be sent to the test center.

· Roughcast fabric and mercerizing fabric are checked 100% before shipping into storage.

· The test center for mercerizing fabric has three test workshops, including more than 30 employees.

· We introduced many computerized cloth inspecting machines to improve the precision and efficiency of inspection.

The central laboratory of our company has invested more than RMB5,000,000 and has more than 30 people in the positions of technique and management. We have introduced over twenty sets of first grade professional equipment. Our employees have all participated in the professional training of "ITS".

The items of the central laboratory are divided into two parts: chemical test and physical test. The chemical test includes making color samples, testing dyestuffs and chemicals and developing products. The physical test includes dye fastness, physical testing, safety testing and yarn testing, etc. The tenet of the central laboratory is: based on the experiments and standards, put quality first, keep improving, be practical and realistic and keep perpetually enterprising.
